Spring Favorites from PinkBlush

Now that the weather is finally warming up, I cannot get enough of all things spring! Getting outdoors has taken on a whole new meaning now that our little man is big enough to enjoy the change of seasons & I just LOVE to see the way he lights up with each and every new experience!


At the start of the season, I joined one of my favorite online boutiques as a Style Ambassador & I am so excited to be able to share with you some of my very favorite items they have in for spring! Aaptiv Maternity & Stroller Workouts




Happy Tuesday, Mamas! I am SO excited to share today's launch of new maternity & stroller workouts, created by Aaptiv, especially for Mamas and Mamas-to-Be! The best part is...these workouts can be completed all while pushing your babes in a stroller!


Finding the time to take care of yourself in the chaos of raising babies can be a bit of a challenge, but it is SO very important for both your physical & mental health!
That is where the specially created workouts from Aaptiv come in! Aaptiv is an audio fitness app that pairs the guidance of a trainer with the perfect music playlist for motivation. With their new addition of maternity & stroller workouts, each week the app shares both strength and cardio exercises for new and expecting moms. Their prenatal workouts have been specifically designed to prepare a woman’s body for birth while their postpartum workouts help new moms to get back into shape after baby. Each one of these workouts have been created by trainers who are certified in prenatal and postnatal exercise!

Some of my favorite stroller workouts included in the app are their Leg Love Stroller workout, which focuses on lower body strength, as well as their Stroller Plyo, which is fast paced & includes burpees! Both their prenatal and postnatal workouts take about 20-30 minutes to complete. Colton and I completed this morning's stroller workout on our favorite walking path. He loved the fresh air & I loved the boost of energy! :)


Throughout my pregnancy I walked about three miles a day & I continued that soon after Colton was born by just pushing him in his stroller. Our stroller walks have become one my favorite parts of the day & I am so excited to include these Aaptiv workouts in our daily routine!
